Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- You retain access to your county's leads until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your county slot becomes available to other subscribers once the period ends.
2. Refund Policy
Because lead data is delivered immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- A technical error prevented you from accessing your leads for a significant portion of the billing period.
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge).
- The county you subscribed to had no lead data available at the time of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@surplusleads.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, the county in question, and a description of the issue.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
